All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in South Korea via Korea Post.

Processing Time

• Handling Time: 1–3 business days
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Excluded: Weekends and Korean public holidays

Orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping time starts after the handling period.

We ship via Korea Post international shipping service.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. BicycleHero is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have any questions about applicable charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through:

• Korea Post: Track your package from our warehouse
• Destination Country Postal Service: Track your package once it arrives in your country

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Heavy and Oversized Items

Additional handling fees apply to:

• Bicycles
• Bicycle Frames
• Wheelsets
• Other heavy or oversized items

Heavy and oversized items are excluded from free shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the item and destination. Applicable products are identified on their product pages, and the final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bicyclehero.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with Korea Post and follow up as quickly as possible. Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, we rely on their tracking system for status updates.
